Urethral catheter is a BAD idea, WILL cause ureter bleeding internal. because it’s very hard and when you move, it keep irritating the ureter. DO NOT use it. on the other hand, the cage is very good, smooth, easy to clean. I use medical duct tape to hold the whole cage in place, or it will be push out by a erected penis.

Fantastic and looks great. You may need a larger ring however as the scrotum may be pushed up in a way that rubs the edges of the cage itself. The edges are not sharp but may cause discomfort.
